If you are looking for a great night packed with top class musical entertainment, hilarious comedy, and a hugely talented cast, then you will love “The Sound of Musicals”!
Judging by the queue before the show, a lot of people had been reading the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and were eager to be entertained:
At the entrance we were warmly greeted, had our photo taken, then invited to take a seat at our pre booked table. Here we met others who had come to enjoy the show, including a lovely group of guests staying at Pearly Grey Resort. This is the only show in Tenerife that provides unlimited drinks all evening, including wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Everyone had also paid for the optional meal which was brought to us soon after we were seated. The menu has an option for vegetarians, and if you let the staff know beforehand they will happily provide a vegan dish.
The show itself was hugely entertaining, with faultless performances from the excellent cast. There were a huge number of songs from a wide variety of different musicals ranging from Grease, and The Sound Of Music, to Chicago, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and the Phantom Of The Opera. To add to the fun there were even some songs from Frozen thrown into the mix. The packed audience and us loved the show with plenty of clapping during the night, and a huge applause for the wonderful cast at the end!

Not only does “The Sound of Musicals” have superb singing and dancing, it is also guaranteed to make you laugh with an excellent comedy element. The cast have a brilliant chemistry together and clearly love what they do. They really do put their heart and soul into their performances which definitely pays off as everyone watching was hugely entertained.

The show runs every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening at the Showtime Tenerife venue in the west end of Playa Las Americas.
