WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND THE LEGAL BASIS OF IT?

Pearly Grey Company processes the information provided by data subjects in order to manage their requests for information and, when appropriate, process the information related to their reservation or contracted services, in addition to providing data subjects with offers and promotions of interest.

When you make the payment and provide the necessary details for this purpose, this is done through the Banca March/Redsys payment platform, which is a certified payment gateway that offers the guarantees required by current legislation.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you give for the different purposes through the acceptance of the consents that are provided to you on our website in accordance with our privacy policy.

When you visit our facilities in person, consent is given through the questionnaire you fill in.
