Is there a minimum age restriction to stay at your resort?
Yes, at least one registered name on the guest party must be 23 years old or over.
Can we stay late in our apartment?
Yes, depending on availability, however we can not guarantee you will stay in the same apartment. You can pay a fixed rate to stay in your apartment until 15:00, if you need to stay after 15:00 you will need to pay an additional nights accommodation. You need to consult reception for price availability.
To whom can I address my special request to prior to my arrival, i.e., cot, flowers, extra pillows, etc?
All requests can be directed to Gemma at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Do we need to bring our own beach towels, bath towels and sheets?
No need to, we supply pool towels free of charge. Bath towels and all bed linen are provided for you already in the apartments.
Is there a shuttle service to take us to the markets, Los Cristianos and to Los Americas?
We do not have a regular organised shuttle service. We recommend taking the local bus or taxi. Please see reception for bus information
Is a deposit requested on arrival?
Yes, a credit card number is required for all guests. This is to cover any breakages or unpaid bills
Where is the local bus stop?
We have one bus stop in the village. You will find it by walking up the road, continue past Hiperdino Supermarket and the bank (Banca March). Then just before you reach the Hotel Tropical Park, you will see the bus stop on the right-hand side. If you are going to use the bus frequently during your stay, it might be worthwhile purchasing a bono card from the bus station in Las Americas or in a news agent.
Can we organise baby cot and high chair for our room and will there be a charge?
Yes you must contact reception prior to your arrival and we can organise this equipment to be in your room. The baby cot will be a complimentary service but the high chair will have a supplement charge of €6.00 per week
How can I make reservations for the restaurants?

Do we need to rent a car?
It is advisable to rent a car as we are about 15 minutes away from the major shopping centres, beaches and scenic routes. Please visit Poul’s Auto
Are there hair dryers and irons in the room?
Yes, in every room you will be supplied with these items
If we arrive late for our reservation booking can we alter the dates to suit our flights?
The reservation dates made through RCI are fixed, although if you do wish to arrive on our resort before the given arrival date you must contact the Reception to organise any extra nights where a supplement payment will be required, even if you do depart before the organised check-out date
Is the resort disabled friendly?
Some of our studio style self catering apartments are accessible for disabled people. If you require one of these rooms please request one through reception.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, there is ‘Little Britain Supermarket’ located across the road from the resort. All guests staying at Pearly Grey receive a 5% discount, just let them know you’re staying with us. We also recommend the Farmers Market in nearby Adeje (Agromercardo Adeje) which is every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am – 1:30pm. Adeje is just a short drive away from Pearly Grey. Where can I find information about the room cleaning rota?
Inside your room on the back of the bathroom door you will find the cleaning days and times for your room. For more information please speak to reception.
Is there entertainment on the resort?
We offer day and night entertainment
Is reception open 24hrs?
Reception is open 24hrs
What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is at 16:00 and check out time 10:00
Are there courtesy rooms?
Yes, please contact reception for further details.
Is there somewhere to store your luggage for late flights on the day of departure?
The luggage storeroom is located next to reception.
Is there a sea view from all the apartments?
Most of our apartments do have a sea view and a view of the island of La Gomera.
How far is the beach from the resort?
The beach (Playa Ajabo in Callao Salvaje) is about 150 metres from the resort.
Do the rooms have bathmats?
Non-slip bathmats are available upon request, please contact reception and we will have one sent to your apartment.
Do your have UK TV channels?
The broadcasting of UK terrestrial TV channels such as BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 and Channel 5 has been restricted since the UK broadcasters relocated their signal transmission to new satellites. The new Astra 2 satellite does not provide a good signal to The Canary Islands although some parts of Spain now receive a better signal.
Pearly Grey now uses an IPTV system to broadcast the UK channels. This technology relies on a stable internet connection and it is also dependant on the broadcast signal from the UK based supplier being operational.
These type of TV systems are not as reliable as a standard TV system but here in the Canary Islands we are limited to broadcasting options.
From time to time we do lose the broadcasting signal, and this is completely out of our control.
