Seafront Apartments Upgrade Programme

Schedule for seafront apartment upgrades

Dear members,

Pearly Grey is proud of the work being done in the seafront apartments.  As you know we are continually working to improve the standards of our accommodation and service.

During 2016 we completed the upgrade of the show apartment S1-5 and by the end of the year apartment S1-4 will also be completed.

The upgrade programme will run for the first half of 2017 at which point we expect to have 10 apartments fully refurbished.
It takes around six weeks to complete one apartment.  The work will be done on a rotation system of two apartments together (scheduled one week apart), one apartment on the lower level and one apartment on the upper level.  We will be starting from the right side of the building and working to the left side facing the sea.

2017 will begin with apartment S1-3 and the following week will start on apartment S2-12. We will follow the same schedule with apartments S2-11 & S2-10.
The next apartments will be S2-9 & S1-6, S2-8 & S1-7 and S2-7 & S-14.
The 13 remaining seafront apartments will be refurbished during 2018.

Regarding the occupancy of the apartments during this period please note:

• If you own one of these apartments at this time of the year Pearly Grey will endeavour to allocate you another seafront apartment.
• If this is not possible we will allocate you a two bedroom or a one bedroom apartment in the main building. In all instances we will be in communication with you before your arrival.
• If you are allocated an apartment next to one that is being refurbished please be aware that the works will commence at 9am and be finished by 4pm. We will do our best to avoid disturbances however we do recommend that you spend your days around the pool or at our beautiful Edge Bar.

Apartment S1-5 has been the show apartment during 2016.  As from January 2017 we will be changing the show apartment to S1-4 and we will keep rotating the apartments to make sure every owner has the usage in their own apartment until the refurbishment project is completed.
