As you may have already seen on the news this morning or read on many of the social media and online news platforms, Monarch Airlines has ceased trading as of 03:00hrs Monday 2nd October 2017.
For Monarch customers already aboard and due to return to the UK on or before 15th October 2017, arrangements are being made to return you to the UK at the end of your holiday at no extra cost.

For customers yet to travel, unfortunately all flights and holidays booked with Monarch have been cancelled as of 2nd October 2017.

If you currently staying at Pearly Grey Ocean Club and booked your outbound and return flight with Monarch then arrangements are being made to return you to the UK at the end of your holiday at no extra cost, please refer to this link for more information https://monarch.caa.co.uk/customers/i-am-currently-abroad/.
If you have booked a holiday at Pearly Grey Ocean Club and have not yet travelled and your flights were booked with Monarch Airlines, then unfortunately you will not be able to travel and will need to make alternate arrangements. If you are able to find alternate flights then these will be at your cost and you will need to speak with your travel agent or travel insurance company regarding compensation.
If you are unable to obtain alternate flights then unfortunately your accommodation at Pearly Grey Ocean Club cannot be refunded by Pearly Grey. In all instances you will need to contact your travel agent or travel insurance company to obtain a refund.
