The refurbishment is now into its fourth week and already we have new plaster on the walls and all the rewiring has been done in readiness for fitting the new wall sockets. Work has also started on the bathroom with the installation of the shower basin and the platform for the new sink. Please see the photos below;

Week 3 and work is in full flow Firstly, apologies for not posting week 2 pics last week but I was on holiday for a few days.  As you can see from today’s photos the apartment is now just an empty shell, all remnants of its previous appearance have been removed.  

Week 1, and so it begins! As many owners will be aware and from the feedback the resort receives from RCI guests, the apartments in the main building are showing serious signs of wear and tear.  This can no longer be corrected by a superficial coat of paint, new curtains and so on. Pearly Grey welcomes The Alsop Family to the ‘Hall Of Fame’ for 20 years of ownership, an exclusive club for those owners who have been with us for 20 years or more. Kairen and John have loved seeing their son Carl grow up here at PG, Carl was only two years old when they joined.  There is a rumor he is bringing his girlfriend on their next visit!!
