i trust we will still be able to use the loyalty card discount in the restaurant with this promotion.

Sorry but you cannot use your loyalty cards with this special offer. It does state in the terms and conditions that “This offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other promotion”.

sorry to hear that, i did not realise the loyalty cards were a promotion i thought that they were for loyal owners so that we get a better deal than someone on a marketing holiday or exchange, maybe the word loyalty is the wrong choice of word ?.
