Dear Dougie

Many congratulations to you and all the team for your successful climb of Kilamanjaro. We all can achieve much more than we feel we are capable of achieving if we are phyically strong but more importantly our mindset is right. I trust you took each day as it came as I advised and obviously you achieved your goal without too much pain.

Once again many congratulations and I hope that the cash raised befits the efforts you all made.

i have only just read your diary well done dougie it made me cry because it made me realise just what amber also did for the orphans out in s africa treaking with her rucksack at 17 .well done to you and everyone who took part it makes you realise what you have at home ,i am glad you are back safe to your family xxwishing you and all a very merry christmas and a happy healthy new year xxxx

I’ve just sat enthralled reading your account of the climb. If you ever decide on a change of occupation then you must become a travel writer. On a more serious note, a huge well done to all you guys for undertaking such an adventure for such a great cause, I just know that the owners at PG will give what they can in order to reach the required total.
