As an owner at Pearly Grey Ocean Club you have the possibility of renting at the resort up to 100% of what you own here in timeshare weeks, i.e. if you own 2 weeks you can rent a further 2 weeks within the same year, providing you rent an apartment the same size as you currently own.

The prices in Euros for rentals 2012 are as listed below;
€334 – Studio
€354 – 1 Bed
€374 – 2 Bed
€394 – 2 Bed Special

Please note that all apartments are subject to availability, and must be booked a minimum of two months in advance. Payment must be received within 4 weeks after the booking has been made, or it will be cancelled.

If you are unable to use your weeks in any year, we can then place them on the rental list to rent out to other owners. In this case, Pearly Grey will take €20 commission from the price above and return the balance to you. If we are unable to rent your week to another owner, it may be possible for us to rent it to Marketing, in which case the above applies also.

Internal Exchange

As a PG owner you also have the possibility to exchange your week for another week at the resort, subject to availability within the same year. To cover the administration cost the price for the Internal Exchange is €40 per week exchanged.
