Bogus calls
Please be aware of any cold calls you may receive offering bonus weeks, they will state that they are calling from Pearly Grey or RCI, please do not accept any bonus weeks from them and please do not part with any monies. Please confirm with us and forward any information onto us if you have received a telephone call previously. RDO are investigating where these calls are coming from. We thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Owners with AOL email accounts
Notice to all owners who have an AOL email address as their primary address to receive emails from Pearly Grey;
AOL mail servers mark as spam all owners related mailings from the Pearly Grey mail server.
Actions you can take to try and overcome this problem are;
- Register another email account such as hotmail or gmail and advise Pearly Grey of your new address.
- Add all Pearly Grey emails to your safe senders list, to do this add *@pearlygrey.com
