South African, Ryszard Majewski joined Pearly Grey in 2006 in the newly created position of General Manager and owner representative. Ryszard is known as Ricardo at the resort, his adopted Spanish name. Ryszard brings to Pearly Grey an extensive knowledge of the operation and management of international properties, internationally trained and worked in U.S.A., Europe and Africa, in award winning Leading Hotels of the World, 5 star business and 4 star leisure hotels and resorts for Brands/Chains and individual owners, remote resorts, multi property units, real estate and timeshare resorts. He speaks English, Afrikaans, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and German. Ryszard is just as passionate about his job as he is about sports. He loves rugby, mountain biking, ocean swimming, gym and is a keen tennis player.

Ana, from Bilbao, Spain, has worked at Pearly Grey since 1997, when she started as a receptionist, then was promoted to Head of Reception, and finally to Resort Manager in 2005. She has a degree in Human Resources, and is currently studying Tourism, as well. In her free time, she participates in the Adeje Theater group.

Wendy is James Beckley´s sister and joined PG in Dec 1999. She is Head of Accounts and works with a fantastic loyal hardworking team. She enjoys all outdoor sports – walking, tennis, swimming and took up art 3yrs ago and found it brought out her creative side. She became a reborn Christian 4 years ago and her life on the island has changed immeasurably.

Francoise is James Beckley´s Personal Assistant, and looks after our French owners. She is from southwest France, and has worked in tourism in many countries of the world. She started working with James and Karen in Vigilia Park in 1996 and followed them to Pearly Grey. She enjoys walking, bicycling, traveling, and being with her friends and family.

Originally from Oxford, Avril moved to Tenerife seven years ago after a career in the Banking industry in various parts of the UK, latterly as a Small Business Manager in the North East of England. For the last six years she has been working hard at Pearly Grey, managing the Maintenance Department. When she is not at work she likes to get out and about in the sunshine, in particular whilst horse riding, which she has recently re-discovered.

Mariana Reggiani, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, joined Pearly Grey in 2004 as contracts administrator. She was promoted in August 2008 to the Administration Manager position, coordinating the wonderful admin and contract teams. She has worked in the administration area for many years as the PA. of a paper & technology industry owner and as a secretary in different companies in Argentina. She is highly organised, responsible and committed, and has a university degree in Graphic Design. She speaks Spanish and English. She loves art, music, reading, travelling and above all, loves having fun with her family. Her dream is to become a writer one day. She loves working and really enjoys her time at Pearly Grey.

After finishing her high school education in Lancashire, England her family relocated to Tenerife in 1996. As a family team, they managed various Bars / Restaurants together for a number of years here in Callao Salvaje and Playa Paraiso. After this, Gemma wanted to spread her wings, so she went to live in Gran Canaria / Crete (Greece) for various years where she worked in the tourism / timeshare industry. The variety of cultures with whom she worked alongside gave her a great opportunity to improve her French and Spanish of which both she is self taught. She returned to Tenerife (Callao Salvaje) in 2004, and started to work at Pearly Grey on the Reception Team, being very content and enjoying the line of work, especially the contact with the public. After several months she was promoted to Head Receptionist and accepted the challenge, and she is now happy and fulfilled in her work environment. On a personal note, she has a passion for travelling and has been known to adapt very well to Cruising the Caribbean. She likes to work hard and play hard when given the opportunity. She being on the other side of the fence and being "the tourist" for a change.

Adrian, the Razzmatazz restaurant manager, has worked at Pearly Grey since 2000, and his wife, Linda, is one of our sales representatives. Adrian is from Johannesburg, South Africa, where he studied at Hotel School. Before coming to Pearly Grey, he owned restaurants and a coffee shop in South Africa. He likes playing tennis and is an avid fan of both cricket and rugby
