Well, the Ingane Yami Charity Golf Tournament is almost upon us, Saturday 5th June 2010 marks the inaugural tournament in what we hope will be an annual event on the golfing calendar.

Work is progressing nicely on the land earmarked for the new Ingane Yami Children?s Village.
Below you can see the plot of land where the new village football pitch will be situated.

Charity Golf Tournament

On Saturday 5th June 2010, Pearly Grey Ocean Club will be hosting a charity golf day at the Costa Adeje Golf Course in Tenerife.
The event starts at 9.00am and it promises to be a great day.
The format will be;
Pairs
2-ball better ball
Shotgun Start
All proceeds from the day?s events will be donated to the Ingane Yami Children?s Village Charity.

Yesterday, 7th April 2010 marked the first Pearly Grey Watersports Challenge, a fun competition between the staff of Pearly Grey and our wonderful owners & guests.
Tracey, our resident daytime entertainments coordinator had put together an afternoon of watersports & fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

Ingane Yami Ocean Swim
On Saturday 27th February 2010 and 1 week later than originally planned, my team and I embarked on our Ingane Yami ocean swim, and I can honestly say ?this was one of the toughest ocean swims I have ever experienced?.
I was accompanied by the two current Guinness world record holders for swimming 25 hours non-stop, one a lawyer, and the other a swimming coach.

On Saturday 27th February 2010, Ryszard Majewski ‘General Manager – Pearly Grey’ will be doing an open ocean swim from Playa San Juan to Callao Salvaje, a distance of 7.14km along the west coast of Tenerife in aid of the Ingane Yami project

Reception Fancy Dress

On Friday 19th February 2010 our Pearly Grey reception team once again donned costume outfits for the busy Friday checkin/checkout.
The theme this time was carnival, so our guys could wear pretty much anything!!

Our reception team are once again preparing for a Friday checkin/checkout in fancy dress, the theme this time will be Carnival.
The annual carnival in Tenerife is one of our most popular events and is second only to Rio de Janeiro on the world stage.
We hope to raise money for our Ingane Yami Charity and with your support we hope to raise ?300 which is our target for the reception team to get dressed [...]
